• Whilst carrying out our search we continually keep you up to date with our progress.
• Careful CV selection ensures that the majority of candidates submitted are worthy of interview.
• We work with you throughout the recruitment process until you are satisfied that you have interviewed someone suitable for your vacancy.
• We speak with our candidates regularly, taking time to get to know what they want from their next career move, ensuring that we help them make the right decision.
• All candidates are given full, detailed information about your company prior to an interview and where possible we aim to meet our candidates in person to conduct interview advice. In the event that this is not possible, an experienced recruitment executive will thoroughly prepare the candidate over the telephone.
• After the interview we liaise with our candidates and find out how everything went.
• We brief our clients on the exact feedback from the candidate to assist in making the right decision.
• Once a candidate has started employment, we continue to stay in touch to ensure both parties are happy.
