What can our candidates expect?
We fully understand that providing our candidates with absolute discretion is paramount. We realise that it isn’t always convenient to talk at work and therefore we are more than happy to talk outside of normal business hours. Candidates will only be contacted about suitable vacancies and all our candidates can expect to receive either a face-to-face or telephone interview from an experienced Recruitment Executive, during which they will be asked about their current/previous employment and future career aspirations.
Apple Recruit also provides all candidates with:
- CV advice
- Interview preparation tips
- Directions on how to get to the interview
- Company literature to help them prepare
- Candidates will speak to a Recruitment Executive before and after the interview so that we are aware of any feedback from the interview process.
